BEDROOMS.
Cedar Springs offers 6 spacious bedrooms with 7 Queen beds and 2 Split King beds (King beds which can be split into 2 single beds), all with a view of the mountains, the ocean, or both. There are 3 Twin Rooms, 2 Split King Rooms and The Master which also has a pull-out sofa bed, an ensuite and an extra large tub, with views to match. Every room has been carefully thought out, filled with natural light and space to spread out.

LIVING SPACES.
Filled with multiple living spaces, all of our lounge areas are perfect for entertaining, workshops or cosying up. The double sided fireplace opens up to 2 separate living spaces including the Media Room. This diverse room offers the perfect place to meditate, read, do yoga, or turn on the starry lights at night for some light entertainment. Other lounge spaces feature tall ceilings, glass sliding doors that open up to the pool area, and panoramic views.

KITCHEN & DINING.
Boasting a huge Kitchen and Butlers Pantry in the heart of the home, Cedar Springs is ideal for gathering, feasting and cooking. The 4 meter stone island bench looks over the pool, with a never-ending view of the surrounding mountains rolling into the ocean. Collectively both spaces have 3 ovens, an induction cook top, 2 fridges, 2 sinks, and a dishwasher. The Dining area is just as dreamy with a custom made table seating 12.

BATHROOMS.
With a bathroom at each Wing of the house, you will find separate toilet rooms to maximise the number of people being able to use ‘wet spaces’ at any given time. The West Twin Room has an ensuite, with the East wing featuring a tub. The Master has an open plan en-suite + shower + tub also. Additionally, around the undercover entertaining area there are another half bathroom, perfect for workshop groups and day retreat access.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING.
Directly in front of the kitchen you’ll open our large glass sliding doors to extend the living space into our outdoor entertaining area. With louvers that completely close or open, enjoy being outside no matter the weather. Complete with a BBQ, table for 14 and sweeping views, it’s one of our favourite spots.

POOL, TENNIS COURT & COLD PLUNGE.
With a premium fenced in tennis court on site, private road into the property and a luxurious Salt Water Pool over looking the South Pacific Ocean and Mountain ranges, we suspect you might not want to leave Cedar Springs once you arrive. The wharf leading out into the centre of the pool, is a great spot for some morning yoga or a stretch at dawn and the mountain views make your cold plunge a little more enticing.

OUR PROPERTY.
Situated on 100 acres of prime South Coast pasture, bordering on the Illawarra Escarpment, it’s hard to believe we’re only 90 minutes from Sydney. Go for a paddock walk to meet our resident heifers, get your camera out for local wildlife spotting, or follow Spring Creek through the property to find our hidden waterfall surrounded by an ancient rainforest. Along the way you’ll discover the historic dry stone walls still standing centuries on. After a day of adventure, relax at our outdoor fire pit.
